Like A Sunflower that follows every movement of the Sun ,
So I turn to you , to follow you

This little hymn , taught during school , rings through my mind , as memories of school pass by.Yes, I did follow you , and here I am , miss( like I called her)!
Now , I totally realise the true gem that you were.
What do i say about you , hmmm......
I watched you silently , right from standard 5 , scolding my seniors , in a voice comparable to even AJ( my deep voiced class mate from college)!!!
Scaring the shit outta my fellow classmates from std 5 and me...., a 6 foot tall , well built ,
" lady "( ahem...) loudly throwing abuses .
This I watched almost everyday , (well , the abuses got bolder as time passed and kids grew bigger!!), until u were my class teacher in tenth!!!!!!
Woh......the very thought of it .....sent me to the bathroom...everytime....
For the first few days, I restrained myself from all the talking , screaming ,shouting in class ,but alas......
U managed to get me ,when??
haha...REPORT DAY!!!!..when all teachers take their " khunnas" out on their students....
That day somehow ,flushed out all the fear....and my father astonished ," are u kiddin me ? ur scared of that angel? ".
As time passed , all the girls including me , we re talking to you like we'd found some long lost pal of ours. Not only the friendliness , the perfectness of getting jobs done , teaching methods , ...and i could go on. Man , were we impressed or what !!
Discipline in labs , learning science 2 equations , and discussing all the happening stuff around.....also handling very difficult parent teacher meetings with so much of ease ( especially complaining parents of std ten).
I mean , one full perfect packaged parcel of everything good!!!!
And , on the eve of Teachers Day , miss , I'd like to thank you for the this little piece of you , that you left in me.You brought out the best in me.You rock....!!!!

P.S : A similar wish to my teachers in college.....sorry couldn't make it to college though...
